Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery received with an original packing invoice.
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable merchandise (but not limited to just below):
Personal care/use, table/kitchenware, health and beauty, bedding and underwear
Clothing that is unworn with tags and receipt can be returned and exchanged.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to:
